As the orchards continue to mature, Naomi, Sedika, and Zebdia reach their peak from mid-July through August, followed by Owais, Qalbaltor, and Fas during August. Each variety develops its own distinctive sweetness, texture, and aroma by growing at nature's pace.
The final chapter of the season belongs to Keitt, harvested from late August into September. Its naturally extended growing period allows the season at Aal-Aziz Farms to continue beyond the peak summer harvest, offering premium fruit long after many other varieties have finished.
