Delivery & Freshness
Your dates are hand-selected and packed with care, then delivered across Egypt within 1–7 business days, depending on harvest availability and your delivery location.
Please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from your order, you may return or replace it immediately with the courier.
Storage & Ripening
Keep your dates at room temperature until they reach the stage you enjoy most. Fresh Barhi moves from crisp and golden to softer and deeper in sweetness, while Medjool stays naturally tender and caramel-like.
Once they are where you like them, refrigerate for 5–7 days. Keep them in the fruit drawer or in their original Aal-Aziz Farms packaging, which allows natural airflow around the fruit — avoid airtight containers.
Before serving, remove refrigerated dates 20–30 minutes in advance and allow them to return to room temperature for their full aroma, richer taste, and smooth texture.
Returns & Replacements
Upon delivery — please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from your order, you can return or replace it immediately with the courier.
After delivery — if the issue only becomes clear once the courier has left, send us a request the same day you received the order, with clear photos or a short video, the product in its original Aal-Aziz Farms packaging, and your order confirmation.
