About These Terms

These terms apply to every purchase from AAL-Aziz Farms through this store. Placing an order means you accept them. We have kept them short, fair, and in plain language.

Prices and Payment

All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). Shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners at the time of order.

Product Weights

Mangoes are natural produce, not factory goods, so no two fruits weigh exactly the same. Our box weights — 3 kg, 5 kg, and 8 kg — are approximate and may vary by up to 5% either way. We always pack fairly, and generously when in doubt.

Orders and Availability

Our fruit is seasonal and picked to order. In the rare case that we cannot supply fruit that meets our standard, we will tell you promptly and refund your order in full.

Delivery, Refunds, and Privacy

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these terms. In short: we deliver across Egypt, we replace or refund any box that arrives in poor condition, and we treat your data with respect.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. That said, we would always rather solve a problem directly — please talk to us first.
