How fresh are the mangoes?
Every box is picked and packed on the day it is dispatched, then delivered within 1–7 business days depending on the harvest and your location. You receive fruit that was on the tree days — not weeks — before it reaches you.
Which box size should I choose?
The 3 kg box (30×23×7 cm) suits a small household. The 5 kg box (40×30×10 cm) is our most popular family size. The 8 kg box (40×30×12 cm) is the best value for larger families and gatherings.
Which mango varieties will I receive?
Varieties follow the harvest season. Each box lists the variety of the week on the label.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Egypt. Delivery times and rates are shown at checkout.
What if my fruit arrives damaged?
Please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier — if anything is damaged, spoiled, or different from your order, you may return or replace it with the courier straight away. If the issue only becomes apparent after the courier has left, email info@aalazizfarms.net within the same day of receiving your order, with clear photos or a short video, the product in its original Aal-Aziz Farms packaging, and your order confirmation. Our team reviews every request and will arrange a replacement or refund.
Should I refrigerate my mangoes?
Keep firm mangoes at room temperature until they ripen and give slightly to gentle pressure, then refrigerate to enjoy them for up to a week.
