Your mangoes are picked, sorted, and packed at the peak of the harvest, then delivered across Egypt within 1–7 business days, depending on harvest availability and your delivery location.

Please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from your order, you may return or replace it immediately with the courier.

If your mangoes are still firm, keep them at room temperature for a few days until they become slightly soft to the touch. This natural ripening enhances their sweetness and aroma and lets each variety reach its full flavor.

Once ripe, refrigerate them for 5–7 days. Keep them in the fruit drawer or in their original Aal-Aziz Farms packaging, designed to allow natural airflow around the fruit — avoid airtight containers.

Before serving, remove refrigerated mangoes 20–30 minutes in advance and allow them to return to room temperature. This simple step restores their full aroma, richer taste, and smooth texture.

Upon delivery — please inspect your order before accepting it from the courier. If anything arrives damaged, spoiled, or different from your order, you can return or replace it immediately with the courier.

After delivery — if the issue only becomes clear once the courier has left, send us a request the same day you received the order, with clear photos or a short video, the product in its original Aal-Aziz Farms packaging, and your order confirmation.
